This is an exercise program that can be done at home in the comfort of your home, the park, or anywhere outdoor utilizing one pair of dumbbells. The program requires light dumbbells and basic knowledge of exercise movements involving your body weight. The program consists of 5 days ( 5 days with 2 days of rest for 4 weeks) of exercises that are challenging but not too much for your capabilities.

Upon purchasing, you will be given access to a form which you must download and complete. The form will provide instructions on completing and submitting an assessment which would be used to get an understanding on your current capabilities.

After submitting your form, your workout will be created for you within 5 days or less and you will be given a link to access your workout.

You can repeat the workout for multiple months as necessary, and redo the assessment whenever you are ready for a greater challenge.
