Step 1: Assess

Complete each exercise below and write down how many repetitions you can perform consecutively without pausing for rest:

(1) Squats
(2) Donkey Kicks
(3) Fire Hydrants
(4) Standing Hip Extensions
(5) Hip Thrusts

You may use ankle weights for an additional challenge, but you should complete a minimum of 20 reps.

 

Step 2: Enter

Submit your maximum  number of repetitions and weights in lbs used by 6/24/18.

Submit a “before” photo by 7/1/18 (back and side view).

Email trainer@purebeastfitness.com.

Pay the $15 contest entry fee.

 

Step 3: Work

Once we receive your assessment by 6/24/18, we will send you a customized workout designed to build your booty. Begin the challenge by 7/1/18 and stay consistent!

Step 4: Win

Submit an “after” photo by 8/4/18.

The participant with the best transformation will win 2 items of their choice from the Pure Beast Fitness Merchandise Store.
