This meal plan is customized according to your preference. You select the food (from a list) you would prefer to have and on which days or week and then the meal plan is created letting you know the exact amount of each food you will need to prepare and cook. This would allow you to plan ahead and plan your food budget accordingly. You can also forward your meal plan to your preferred chef, saving yourself more time.

Geared towards leaning out, the meal plan focuses on helping you to learn proper portioning, food choices, and preparation to keep your future meals clean. While the meal plan can be used as a long term guide, the goal is to align your mindset with selecting meals and preparing food that would help provide you with the most health benefits at minimal consumption of toxic ingredients.

One meal plan can be reuse and followed for multiple months saving you the burden of paying repetitive fees.

After paying, you will receive your forms to select your preferred foods.  All forms received by January 11, 2019, meal plans will be given by January 13, 2019.

A food scale that measure in grams will be needed.

The meal plans consists of preparation instructions for 20 meals. (5 Meals per week, for 4 weeks)

You will be asked a few questions in reference to your physical activity to get an idea of your caloric needs.

With purchase you will receive one month of support which will include modification to the meal plan if needed.
